So many of my favorite things in one delicious package: salted caramel, juicy bacon, and what appears to be chocolate cake. But caramel-y cake would be fine, too. The Hamilton Tavern is a great little neighborhood bar and restaurant in northeast Baltimore and I plan on trying one of these before the end of the holiday weekend.
