Cooking In Sens is written by an Texan named Rosemary who currently divides her time between Sens, France and upstate New York.
The photographs are gorgeous and the food looks incredibly yummy. Just look what she did with bacon! Does she cook like this every day? I would use these bacon cups to hold portions of macaroni and cheese, creamy scrambled eggs topped with melted cheese, savory rice and vegetables with a buttery panko crust, or even caramel- or maple-flavored ice cream.
